There is no 12V battery. Did you try the boost button on the left side of your dash? The directions are in your manual.
If that doesn’t work and you need to actually jump it, check page 7-6 in your manual. You can jump start via the "+" terminal next to the fuse box in the engine bay and a negative cable attached to any bare metal on the frame (strut tower nuts work well). But this doesn't actually charge the 12V system. What it does is charge a capacitor circuit that is used for a short burst of juice to get the "starter" going (which I believe is actually a generator/starter combo). So you are charging the same circuit that the boost button on the dash does. You just hook up the jumper cables and then push the boost button to get it going.
