I have a Sportage which I brought as. 3 year old car fully serviced.
I have carried on with regular services all within time and the correct parts and oil. 6 weeks ago the engine wet belt went bang and the car now needs a new engine. The car still has 9 months warranty left but Kia are saying that the 1st service which was 2 years before I brought the car was 2500 miles over recommended service.
And because of that the warranty is nil avoid and a new engine will cost me £7000.
Has anyone ever come across anything like this.
