I have a 2023 PHEV, and I have the same observation. Even with California's generally well-maintained freeways, I notice a lot of bounce when going over transitions from asphalt to concrete (like where there's an overpass). If I had to guess, I would say that the car is under-damped as well as too softly sprung, but I am not a suspension expert. I wonder what would be the least-cost way to experiment with different shocks/struts/springs? This happens at all levels of GVW.
In general, I love the car except for the stupid user-interface on the HVAC/Radio controls.
Any ideas?
