I have the Kia Connect Utimate Package
Which includes over the air updates.
Says OTA available. I click update and get an error “please check the device contains the update files”.
So won’t update. Any suggestions?

That's not telling you that you have an update available, it's letting you know that OTA updates can happen on your vehicle when one becomes available.
