Just got a call from my dealership and Kia reached out to them and there is recall in progress for our issue. It is the factory trailer harness that is causing the screen to short out and reboot. They believe the trailer hitch control module needs to be replaced but are working through it right now. I would reach out to your dealerships and ask them to start a conversation with Kia, then as soon as they 100% have a solution you can get it fixed right off. Woooohoooo FINALLY!!!
