In the continuing saga of trying to keep my 2008 Kia sportage LX 2.0l running properly, for an unknown reason, the radiator cooling fan suddenly wants to STAY ON while I'm driving! Not good for the battery, the alternator, the cooling fan, or my engine temp, which will never reach operating temperature that way. While I try to figure out what has happened THIS TIME, will somebody PLEASE point to EXACTLY where a relay or fuse, which controls the radiator cooling fan, is located? I've scoured the information on the vehicle, what I can find in repair manuals, and what there is on line. They all tell you to READ what is printed on the fuse box covers or they sort of point to something in the fuse box in the engine compartment. I can find NOTHING, which IN ANY WAY, refers to a RADIATOR COOLING FAN! NOTHING
Somebody out there has got to have run into this issue before.
Please share what you know.
Thx
