I have been waiting for close to a year with no response from Kia Canada or my dealer.I have already contacted a law firm McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP out of London Ontario with the intent of starting a class action against Kia Canada. At this point they are uninterested because there doesn't seems to by any consumer interest. Hopefully that will change.

It's now October 19, 2024 and not a peep from the dealer as to when I can expect my 2023 Kia sportage sx hev. All I was told several months ago was that my name was at the top of the list. I was also told that the new Kia plant in the states would be coming online soon. That statement suggested to me that my car would not be coming from South Korea but the U.S. I'm this close to cancelling my order and getting my deposit back. Kia Canada to new customer; we've got your money now piss off and don't come back until we tell you to!
