Sportage retractable side mirrors?
I have a 2023 HEV EX and my side mirrors fold in manually. I see no reason why non-folding mirrors could not be replaced with folding ones. Have you asked the dealer?

You can pull of the inside driver's door panel. Given the price of copper, it's hard to guess.Evidently the European versions were available with powered folding mirrors, so I was hoping the US wiring might be there. Maybe not.
Do they even publish wiring diagrams anymore?
