Hi. I am trying to replace the rack on my daughter's 06 2 liter AWD, manual transmission Sportage. I purchased the service manual which has step by step but they are pretty high level steps. I need to drop the whole subframe. It seems that the back motor mount is still holding it up. The only bolts I could get at, and it wasn't easy, were two bolts holding the mount to the transaxle. There was some movement but the sub frame still isnt dropping. Can you offer any hints?
