I am new here. If anyone can help me I would be very grateful.
I have a 2016 Kia Sportage Ex. Around a year ago I noticed the AC/heater fan making a clicking noise, then it finally stopped.
I took a long trip, and after about 2 hours the fan totally stopped. This happened in summer and again in winter.
I took the car to the Vacaville Kia and they said it was some type of computer box and replaced it.
I just returned from a 3 hour trip, and the exact thing happened again both ways (no fan which equaled no AC). I am very pissed off because now I have to take it back in and repeat the whole procedure with no trust that it will be fixed.
