2022 Sportage- Cannot Turn Off Lights

At night when car is parked, but running: I cannot turn off the lights.
There are 4 lighting positions and none totally turn off the lights.
When I turn it to ‘off’ the main beams turn off but I believe the daytime running lights turn on.
Any ideas?

Pushing the parking brake down is the only way to turn the daytime running lights off
