Kia connect not working

I own a 2023 Kia Sportage SX PHEV. My Kia connect app stop working. I can get reports or notification but I can not send any commands to the car. For the last 5 months I have been try to get an answer from Kia Connect but they haven't found the problem.

Any suggestion will be great.

I had the car for 4 months before having this issue. I contacted Kia Connect more than 10 times, so far. It has to be something in the car that does not work. But this is like when you go to the doctor, you tell them what you have and the doctor will not give the right medicine to get you better.

Well. Somebody on the internet came up with the solution to this issue.

During winter time, I went for holidays and when we came back, one of the Kia Sportage PHEV battery was completed dead. The PHEV battery was full charged but the battery that look after of the starting of the car was dead.

My wife searched on the internet for any information regarding on how to boost the car. The answer was found. I just needed to boost the battety from inside the hood. I was able to open the car door manually and open the hood. In a few minutes the car was running and the KIA CONNECT finally working.
