LOOKING FOR A DEALER

I'm planning to buy (order) a 2023 Sportage PHEV. BIggest question is: where in the Upper Midwest or within 500 miles or so of Mpls/St. Paul, MN can I find a straight up dealer who can order the vehicle without rolling me under the bus, or jacking me around? I realize I have to pay MSRP, but that's where the gravy train ends. No dealer markup, no add-on BS of any kind- just a straight up cash deal. Is there anybody out there?

You might be best off finding a dealer elsewhere in the country that will order and sell for MSRP and then have it shipped to you. I know that cost is still more than MSRP but better than the markups of more than 3k most dealers are adding.
