Recently, on my 2020 Sportage infotainment system, the navigation maps do not boot up. This usually happens upon starting the car not after the system has been running. I remedy this by ejecting the SD card for maps and re-inserting it. Someone at the dealership said I should update my maps. I don't think this is the solution. I think there is an internal problem with the info system; card reader, computer or something. Anyone else experience this issue?
