Just purchased my first Kia 3 weeks ago and loving it so far. I tend to keep my cars for a while, so I didn't want to purchase another combustible engine car, and I'm not sure that it is time yet for a full EV. So, I went with the hybrid. Looking forward to learning here.

I think you made a wise choice with the hybrid as it gets great fuel economy...
I had a 2015 Corolla, which worked because 90%+ of the time it was just me by myself driving to and from work. Extremely reliable and fuel efficient. However, we're starting to travel more and wanted something more comfortable with a little more room, but still fuel efficient. My wife's car is a Pilot and we wanted to split the travel between a couple cars. I was originally going to get a CRV, but after many reviews decided on the Sportage. I'm very happy so far assuming it proves reliable.
