Wireless doggle for Apple CarPlay

Disappointed that Apple CarPlay needs usb cable connection on top trim level of Sportage (12.3” screen).
I know there are “doggles” that plug into USB port needed for CarPlay ; and these doggles wirelessly connect one’s iPhone ; hence - wireless CarPlay.
When going on Amazon and other forums, so many products and recommendations; many have great reviews; but also even the best reviewed ones have some quirks.
Do people on forum have doggles that they recommend (or stay away)?
 
I use this for my Genesis:

CarlinKit 3.0 Mini Wireless CarPlay Adapter​

it works pretty well, every once in a while the visual aspect of carplay won't show up but the audio works, very weird and I feel it is probably due to the car and not the adapter. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. Unplugging it and trying again usually doesn't help, I just wait until the next time I drive and it works fine or I use my spare cable.
 
I ended up getting Ottocast U2-Air on eBay for about $40. Works great…..most of the time. However: sometimes the wireless CarPlay “takes over”- where I can’t back out of it to listen to over the air radio. Like you- I’m not convinced this is an adapter issue or instead- a software glitch with actual car. Either way- I unplug it and plug back in and all works fine

I have the CarlinKit 5.0 and it works perfectly for my 2017 Sportage. I velcroed it under the overhang where the usb ports are. With cable wire tied to the unit and plugged into the CarPlay port, it is out of sight and the tray is empty.

Looks great, I did something similar with my G80 to get the device out of the way of the wireless charger.
