I am shooting in the dark hoping so do e has experienced anything like this.
My 01 sportage is has lost engine management several times. They rpm gauge quits and the engine loses power.
Last time I was able to keep it running and after hitting a bump the RpM gauge returned to normal car ran normally.
I Checked codes and there where none.
Not sure how to find this issue.
