2023 Kia Sportage Apple CarPlay disconnects

My Apple CarPlay disconnects randomly multiple times during a drive . Also the charging disconnects and reconnects when this happens . I took it to the dealer and they did a software update but it did not fix it . Over on Reddit there are a lot of complaints about this and multiple trips to the dealer with no satisfaction. Please help !

It seems to get better w/age. Rarely ever happens to me now. Probably took a few thousand miles to go away. It also helps not using the wireless charger. If you have a 2023 SX, the windshield blocks cell service. Best to keep the phone further back in the console. Try it.
