Care of fusion black paint finish

Does anyone take the their Sportage through a contactless automatic car wash? Had a server ce writer say it was ok but also said that fusion black is a matte finish. Saw something on a YouTube saying don’t use ordinary care products or go to a car wash.
No one said anything about this whenever I was looking.

Correct, if it is a matte finish, there are special products to clean with and is recommended to hand wash only.
