Have any of you noticed on the front bumper the series of dimples? Looks like maybe where you would mount a license plate. I ask because I had a sensor come loose and a service tech at a dealer was looking at the bumper and trying g to say we may have hit something as it looked like the front bumper had some waves in it.

No we didn’t hit anything and I noticed that on the bumper when we got home from the dealer the day we picked up the car. The front bumper is not completely smooth it has waves you can see in the sun at certain angles around where the dimples are. Anyone else notice this?

yes, the dimples are there as it shows the mounting points for the front license plate holder where it should connect to the bumper. When at the dealer, did they have no other Sportages there to show him they are there on others too?
