Plastic panel where license plate is

Hello all, I am frustrated with my 2023 Kia Sportage exterior! I enjoy the car but I feel like the exterior scratches so easily! I only use microfiber cloths, yet I find scratches after washing! The plastic panel on the lower back of car has bad smudging marks/scratch just from me rubbing with microfiber cloth??!!! So annoyed! A car exterior shouldn’t do this. It’s only a month old too! Anyone else experiencing this or have any insight??!!

Yes!! Also the front grill trim is pealing. Big spotches on it. I see on every sporatge 2023 i see. Rrcall??? Please!
