Reversing with Bike Carrier

I have a tow-ball mounted bike carrier but when I hang a bike on it, my 2022 Sportage will not reverse because it thinks there's a bike in the way! Is there a way to override this please? Thanks in advance.

Interesting problem, but I can't imagine any way out of that as long as the bike is in view of the camera...

Does the P button not turn those off?
