Everyone needs to call Kia and report the issue with them as well and get a case number started. The more people reaching out about it they will need to address it. That was what my dealership told me to do. I have a case open with them currently and they are still trying to work on a solution but the more cases open the more urgent it will become.

Everyone needs to call Kia directly and have them start a case with you. The more people calling the more urgent the issue will become. My dealership is directly working with Kia tech and my case number to try to resolve it. But my dealership said the more people who report to Kia the better.

Bought my 2025 Kia Sportage X-Line first part of June. Drove it two weeks and it happened to me twice. Dealership acts like they have not see or heard of this issue at all. Sales person says, "I sold 40 of this Kia Sportage and no one is having this issue". Car was with dealership for six weeks. Finally got the cluster replaced. Drove it to work the next day and.....System Check as I pulled into the parking lot. Lemon Law for me most likely.
Same problem with the dash. The dealer can't seam to fix it. My car has been at dealer more than a month. I am looking in to lemon

I have had the same issue since getting mine. Dealership tried and update at first scheduled maintenance, but still problem continues.So your drivers display is the full digital one w/analog speedo and tach? If so, haven't seen anyone on these forums mention this before. Must be unique to your car. Sounds like a possible loose connection? But that's a safety issue. Call Kia CS, tell them dealer can't fix and you are going to file a complaint w/NHTSA:

Wow! I thought I was the only one having this issue--at least, that is how the dealership responded. They acted like they had never heard this happening before. I have a 2024 Sportage PHEV and it mostly happens when I have cruise control on while doing highway driving. Rather unnerving to have it happen at 70 MPH.
I just filed a complaint with NHTSA https://www.nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem#index I would highly recommend everyone submitting one as well. The more people they have complaining the better!!
How many of you have a trailer hitch with your vehicle? I found someone who commented that it could be the trailer hitch wiring.
Just got a call from my dealership and Kia reached out to them and there is recall in progress for our issue. It is the factory trailer harness that is causing the screen to short out and reboot. They believe the trailer hitch control module needs to be replaced but are working through it right now. I would reach out to your dealerships and ask them to start a conversation with Kia, then as soon as they 100% have a solution you can get it fixed right off. Woooohoooo FINALLY!!!
